Just found out I was pregnant

I just found out I was pregnant and started cramping so went to hospital Monday and they did ultrasound and blood work. The ultrasound showed no baby or sac but there was no signs of tubal pregnancy and my hcg levels were 124 which they said I was only 2 weeks pregnant. I did another hcg test two days later which showed 314 is that good? Also I have still been cramping with no bleeding or spotting and also feel pressure in my pelvic area today but less cramps today is this normal?

I'm currently pregnant with baby #4 and each pregnancy I have started off with cramping and back aches as if I was going to start my period. It lasted about 6 weeks and then went away. If your hcg levels are going up and you don't have any bleeding then that can only be a good sign!

Sounds like implementation bleeding. If your hcg levels are going up that is a good thing.
