is it bad to chew gum during pregnancy?
I chew peppermint gum to get past my nausea/ morning sickness ... so I am pretty certain its fine :) ^.^
It's fine. Even the sugar free is fine. Everything in moderation:)
I think it's ok as is not contain the aspartame .
