All day today my belly as hurt off and on... like period hurt..
Iv been having to poop all day and its been really loose number 2 all day..

It sounds like diarrhea though. The cramping reminds me of menstrual cramps. it wouldn't hurt to get professional advice but that's what I think

It could be. Time the cramps. If they are 5 to 10 minutes apart and happen for more then an hour it could be contractions.
