Alot of times when I do eat I have to force myself. .I'm afraid the babu won't grow but I don't know what to do. ..I don't have any cravings either

Also, get over the counter vitamins. I take the Gummies because they don't make me I'll.

Many women have little to no appetite in the fist trimester. However, keeping food in your stomach will actually help to reduce your symptoms.
Try eating a few crackers every now and then. If you don't feel like solids, try a cup of broth, a smoothie with fresh fruit or a popsicle made with fruit juice. Those will give you vitamins and calories while also keeping something in your stomach.

In first trimester, from what I know, you don't have to worry too much about what your eating/if your even eating because so many women have morning sickness and cannot keep food down. Your baby will still grow, try taking your prenatal vitamins everyday that will help get some nutrients to the baby but other than that I would not worry about your eating habits at this point. Slowly your appetite will come back, just eat whatever you can handle even if its fast food or just crackers w/ cheese. This is my second pregnancy and I lost almost 10lbs in first trimester, I got my appetite back at 14 weeks.
