heartbroken for a little boy that lives in my apartment complex

So I'm spending time with my mom for a few weeks, my husband calls and said a 20 month old lil boy died in out apartment complex. He said its all in the paper. So I look it up read the article, it quoted someone saying that the little boy was pushed out the window by a sibling. Says there ages are 17-18 months old and 3-4 months old. Someone was arrested for child abuse. But personally living in one of the apartments there is no way the 20 month old was pushed out by one of the younger siblings!!!! I let my 1 year old look out our window but there's no way she could fall out unless I was to pick her up and do it myself!!!!
So my heart goes out to this lil boy and I pray he gets justice.

This really breaks my heart and unfortunately it is happening more than most of us know. I see things in the paper and on the news all the time. A child never deserves that kind of punnishment

I just don't understand how you could kill a baby. I mean yea they can make you frustrated but I could never imagine beating or throwing her out a window. Don't people believe in time out or spanking instead of beating and killing. Or why not ask for help if your that frustrated, or if they are misbehaving that bad! But still 20 months is still learning why not just sit the child in a time out chair.... my minds blown that this happened!!!
