What should I have before doing my ultrasound so baby is active n moves alot?I went for my ultrasound yday the baby slept through out n didn move so da doc cudnt notice wat gender so im going again today hopefully I find out

I had a caramel frap from Starbucks when I had my ultrasound and my son wouldn't sit still so the tech could record his heartbeat. He was kicking away.. Funny thing was I couldn't feel a thing

I drank a glass of oj before my visit. Worked like a charm. A cup of coffee gets my little one moving pretty good too. At my 20 week ultra sound I could see her move and feel her at the same time, it was so cool!
