Drink orange juice whilst eating iron rich foods, the vitamin c helps your body absorb the iron. Speak to your doc about iron supplements.
Lots of green veggies!!! My mom would also boil beans for me and would make me drink the broth of the beans. Lots of iron in beans.
Also sunflower seeds nuts and dark chocolate .....
You can eat some dark green vegetables like broccli, spinach. Cabbage, and celery also contain a little. Beans are a great source of iron. If you can eat some chili beans that will be good. Take care.
I do!!! Definitely talk to your doctor I'm anemic I take iron pills, meat meat meat has iron in it!!!! Don't take any supplements though till you talk to your doctor, and read labels on food to see the amounts of iron , sry you feel sick hope you feel better !!!!
