30weeks 5 days 90%effaced and 1.5 cm

At 28 weeks I had an ultrasound because I was having pressure and cramps in the previous weeks and I was told my cervix has shortened to 2.6 I think that's about 50-60 % effaced ??I was put on pills to help slow things down and have weekly Dr appointments at 29 weeks my cervix changed again to 70% effaced and 1 cm dilated I was placed on bed rest and given a shot to help baby's lungs develop faster. I'm now 30weeks 5 days yesterday was my Dr appointment and my cervix has changed again 90% effaced 1-1.5 cm dilated at this point I dont know what to expect it seems I keep progressing each week I'm so nervous I am hoping baby will stay in at least till I make it to 34 weeks any one else going through something similar or have gone through something similar or even know someone who has or is what was the outcome or how to deal anything  please

I heard you can be 1cm for a while and found it to be true. Been 1cm since 25 weeks and now I'm 37 weeks 5 days . I got checked today and I'm only at 2.5cm so I don't think you have to worry about dilating as much but I'm not sure about the effacement . express your concerns to your doctor . they have to tell you everything that's going on . I'll keep you in my prayers . I wish you and baby a safe delivery momma
