stomach pains

am 9 weeks pregnant and some times am having stomach pains like am on my periods thats how my stomach is paining what could be the cause?

I'm 20 weeks and I've had that throbbing  period cramp pain since wèek 11 and my doctor says it's normal and that it's just your uterus growing but if it's too painful speak to your doctor.

I'm 12 weeks today and I have cramps all the time ...my doc said its just the uterus stretching

am actualy drinking alot of water but dont know why

Are u dehydrated? Not drinking enough water can cause u to have contractions and possibly cause preterm labor.
