hips affect birth? ?

I was told I had "narrow" hips and that if I have a big baby I'll most likely have to have a c-section. I was wondering if anyone else has been told this? And were you still able to have your baby naturally?
This is my first so I'm flying blind lol

My hips are narrow and I delivered my first naturally. Midwife did a check rather late in pregnancy and said I'd be fine. I think your hips shift a bit as you're growing so don't worry unless the doc is worried late in pregnancy about the baby's size

You can push out your baby, don't listen to the c section propaganda. You are capable, your body was made for this, you can do it!!
