Place a very cold water bottle on the back of your neck. Couldbe your nerves. And if you can have your chiro crack your neck. It helped me a lot. But we are also prone to headaches now as well :(
Try Gatorade. Also. Sit butterfly style. Breathe deep for a few breaths. As you exhale lean forward, as far as you can, breathe deep for about 5 breaths. All movements slow. Sloooow. Come up on an inhale. Repeat if necessary. It works for me. But if this continues, I'd go to the doctor.
Tylonol doesn't seem to work for me so I dont bother trying to take it.
I drink a lot of water but im also going to the bathroom every 20 mins so I don't believe I'm keeping hydrated like I should.
How much water are you drinking daily? Pregnant women need to drink about a gallon a day. If you aren't getting much, that could be your issue.
