I crave ice all the time. I'm pretty anemic and they say that if you crave ice that's a sign that your iron is low.

U may just love ice but check your iron just in case. Its definitely a sign of iron deficiency. Take care

Yes its just frozen water but SOME ppl that crave ice a lot need more iron. I was anemic my first pregnancy and was craving ice a lot. She may not be anemic but I think us women on here are just trying to look out for her just in case. Take care.

I was anemic with my daughter and would eat a 10 lbs bag of hospital ice a day. I wouldn't eat anything but ice.

I don't really crave ice but if i go some where knowing they have ice i eat it i loved ice before getting pregnant and had high iron and still have great iron i think its just something for pregnant woman to go to because they say your body generate alot of heat during pregnancy and ice helps cool you down
