Your doctor has to say its okay.
But if your Dr tells you to take Monistat 1, DON'T.
I was admitted to the hospital on the 19th for SEVERE swelling in my area. I was in so much pain and I could barely walk. I also went into preterm labor, but thankfully they were able to stop the contractions. But now I am on bed rest and it *****. I'm only 34 weeks. My Dr is the one who told me to take the Monistat 1. So please please be careful.!
Monistat 7 should be fine as long as your Dr confirms you have a y. Infection. It always helped me out. I can no longer take monistat anything

You need to see your doc because there are other things during pregnancy that LOOK like a yeast infection, but can cause you to go into preterm labor.

I went and got it . Tried calling nurse line at my doctor but never got a response. So I talked to a pharmacist and explained what was safe and how to use it.
