DO NOT PULL PLUCK OR REMOVE IT. It can get very infected nd cause serious issues I knew a girl who had the same problem nd she pulled it out nd ended up in the Hospital bc it got horribly infected nd the infection spread nd she was in the Hospital for a week. Clean it nd ask your doctor about it
