I have been going to physical therapy. They reset my pelvis weekly because the ligaments have loosened and it shifts. Very common and most likely the reason for your discomfort. The movements they make me do are simple and easily done at home with the assistance of another. While lying on my back, bring knees up feet flat on ground or bed.  My husband puts his palm on the inside of one knee and his elbow the inside of the other and I squeeze my knees together a few times. Then he'll put pressure inward as I'm pulling knees apart. Then do a couple pelvis raises. Google some moves or talk your doctor about seeing a physical therapist. IT MAKES A WORLD DIFFERENCE!

Its 100% normal I had it so bad with my last pregnancy I'd cry when I rolled over I didn't have it with my first and my second hurt but not like my 3rd I was in so much pain....try a warm bath or a heat sock because a heating pad it to hot! Hope it helps for you ladies.
