Omg this is the only safe place i can say this but  i had a dream about my ex the guy  i lost my virginity  to i dont get it I've been  over  him it's  been over  a year that i ran into him at a public  place and its been about 4 years  since  we were last together  omg that was a crazy dream and i don't  understand  why i dreamed about  him bc i am way over  him i hate him  actually  i don't  get it that was weird

Yes it is uncomfortable for  me as well and i didn't  get why i was having this dream it was crazy sex  one  i was like wow

Awwww thank u ladies that made me feel better i didn't  understand  why i had it  bc i dont speak to my ex le anything  i am happily in a relationship and MY hormones  are crazy right now i have 5weeks To go  thank  you  ladies  i feel better

Same situation and same dream being about ex. I usually just let it go. Our hormones are everywhere and it can make you dream of things you never even thought of in a Long time. I've had dreams about ex's,  being choked, sex, and crazy baby dreams.

I have had a few dreams about my ex as well....its weird cause i havent seen or talked to him in over like almost 4 years now. Its normal to have crazy dreams....although it is weird....
