I haven't been taken my prenatals here lately. Every time I take them I get really sick and can't eat or drink anything. Is this bad?
I was the same way with my first. I just tried a few different ones until one didn't make me sick. I have heard that gummies are easy to take.
Im the same way i haven't taken mine for a while also try the gummies instead of the pills it might help a little bit.
