midwife/ doctors need help!

So im 35 weeks kudt moved to philly and I need to get a new doctor! I want midwife but I think its too late.... we called a place and they told me the earliest time they can get me in is on july 13 ill be 37 weeks and a couple days in.. I dont think its safe not to go to see a doctor that long considering im this far! Does anyone know what I should do?? I need advice... I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I have no way of getting their because my mom doesnt want to take me and I dont have my drivers license... my doctors is in Pottstown im in west philly! Please help!!

You should be fine going 2 weeks without seeing the dr. As long as you didnt have any concerns or issues before. Even though you moved you should be able to till call your old dr office if you have any questions. Other than that you can keep calling around to see if any OB's can get you in sooner. And try to get a copy of the chart notes from your old dr. You can have that office send them to the new offfice. Give them the fax number. So when you do see the dr they are up to date. Also have a hospital in mind that you want to deliver at just in case you into labor before you see the dr.

Oops just noticed your appointment is tomorrow... I think it's okay to wait 2 weeks until your next one

When was your last appointment? My doctor did 32,36,38 week appointments so if you just had one I don't think 37 weeks is too late.
