Do only one I know is a cup of milk a spoon of oatmeal and a slice of green apple. It has a great taste but would like to try some new ones lol.
My fav is the faux strawberries and creme frappicino. Cup vanilla ice cream, cup milk, handful of strawberries, teaspoon strawberry quick.. Yum

I'm crazy for green smoothies !! Pack upy bullet with spinach and kale..chopped frozen pineapples and bananas ITS BOMB !!! OH and tons of nutrients for my little one ^.^

My favorite smoothie recipe is 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 3 cups frozen mango chunks, and 1 1/2-2 cups orange juice. The original recipe I have for it calls for 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 2 cups frozen mango chunks and 1 cup vanilla Soy milk

Here is a smoothie recipe that I like---- frozen strawberries, put in blender. put in some chopped spinach as well (you do not taste this or even see it), fill to just over strawberries with apple juice, add pinch of sugar and some cinnamon, add a banana and blend. Tasty and good for you!
I make homemade caramel and I put a little milk, vanilla ice cream and the caramel into a blender then I add chopped pretzels and a little whipped cream... makes a yummy salted caramel shake (: you can use store bought caramel or even the syrup :)
