Just an fyi, in case you don't already know this... if you start to deel really bad, you should be able to go to any ER and get help. I'm a therapist who works in an ER. I assess people and refer them for different levels of care. Sometimes it can takes weeks, if not a month or two to get into see a therapist/counselor for the first time, but if you are assessed in an ER, we can often get patients into see someone faster.
They also have intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs, where you can often get into the next day or so, where you go for part of the day either Mon-Fri, or a few days a week.
Pregnancy is hard enough without having to feel unhappy everyday. (29 weeks here w/ a history of depression.)
Not saying that you will need to do this, but I would feel bad all night if I didn't at least mention it. Good luck!
You may also want to try seeing a counselor/therapist also. I know you're pretty close to delivering, but it's worth checking into. You could ask your Obgyn or primary care doctor for a referal. Also, you could check with your insurance company to see who is covered.
Maybe visit a naturopath or acupuncture. My hormones have been difficult too and im 16 weeks. The advise that I have been given is to try one of them. There are also suppose to be some good postpartum vitamins to help regulate hormones after the birth because it's such a significant shift for a womens body.
