Congratulations! Keep your promise and take parenting classes as soon as you can. My husband and I are going to be starting some soon to help better our parenting and to help us both be on the same page.

I would also suggest be ready for the craziest hormone imbalance of your life after you have the baby. OMG I felt like I belonged in a nut house lol my husband probably wanted to put me there. The first 2 to 3 months was the hardest because you are learning to adjust and learning the ques and signs of the new baby. I was 26 when I had my little boy and oh boy did I not realize how hard it was and still is some days. Plus I breastfed and he had latch issues for the first few months so I had to pump for the first few months and that deprived me from my much needed sleep. Once he latched it was heaven we both got sleep and we both stopped crying lol. I should have taken the breastfeeding class it probably would have helped.

Please never ever shake the baby. Make sure your boyfriend knows this because from the stories I've heard it's the guys that loose their mind and shake the baby. Oh and take CPR you will be glad you did because OMG do children Love putting things in their mouth and scaring you into a mini heart attack.

Last but not least further your education. I'm just now going back to get my GED and the longer you wait to get your education the harder it gets. My friend was 13 when she had her first baby. She graduated high school was an awesome mother and went to college. She has a great child very well mannered and he is doing awesome. I Love the fact that she has proved so many people wrong and has done so great! She inspired me to be a good and educated mom it pays off and she's proved it. She was the one who recommended us to parenting classes. She said it prepared her for a lot of things before the baby got there even though she still felt nervous and scared she always looked back on what she learned.

Congratulations again children are a blessing and miracle! And I'm so glad you are excited! Always remember to be better than your own mom and don't give up when you do make mistakes just fix them learn by them and move on you'll be great!
