I have the same problem. Tangy foods seem to help best for me. Tangerines, sour candies & cinnamon graham crackers were my best friend. Ending my 12th week in a couple days, the nausea is seeming to slowly go away. Best of luck !
I feel this way but I'm berly going to reach 3 weeks. Right after I eat I feel so nauseous
Plain set roasted almonds. I took a bag with me everywhere I went for almost the whole 1st trimester. Also candied ginger. (Much, stronger than the tea, ginger ale or ginger snaps)
Try eating granny apples their sour and they might work for you I have four kids and pregnant with the fifth I had so many things to help along the pregnancy from preventing nausea also try ginger ale it works and something with salt
I had that problem at 5wks. Everybody i asked never experienced diarrhea i went to the dr and she said it's part of morning sickness and to drink a lot of water.
Graham crackers helped me through my nausea where regular crackers made me feel more sick. I found I needed bland foods with sugar to make it through. So, steamed rice with sugar was one thing that worked, those caramel apple pops worked but the root beer candies and ginger candies didn't. I didn't have the diarrhea problem though so I don't know what to suggest there.
