heartburn!!!??

Hey ladies, I have 2 questions. This is a first time pregnancy for me so I want to make sure it is actually heartburn that I am feeling. When you have burning at the top of stomach or feels kinda like your throat is burning is  that heartburn? And also is it true that the more heartburn u have the more hair the baby will have ...

Ive never had burn until i was pregnant either. But i do get alot when i am..   Not sure tho if its true about the hair. Maybe tho  my girls dont have loads of hair but their a little fuzzy ;)

It's actually one of the very few TRUE wives tales u can look it up the more heart burn the more hair I've never had heart burn before in my life until I got pregnant

Yes sounds like heartburn alright..i had it bad with my 3 girls from the start if 2nd trimester, even weetbix for brekkie gave it, and all my girls had a lot of hair but I put that down to their daddy being a tarzan lolol. Milk and ice cream give instant relief and im not sure bout where you live but in N.Z they sell quickease that are like chewy minties.. those worked wonders for me way better than the chalky kind. Also sleeping propped up helps a lil too. Good luck I know its so uncomfortable I hope you find some relief.

Yes it is heartburn and about the hair I would say no but people belive in loads of things. I get heartburn from iron tablets from hot and spicy food.... from loads of things try not to eat few hours before bed time drink milk or ask doctor to give you some think I have to take it often as wake up with heartburn very often..
