Been cramping over a week, it hurts.I don't know if it's my body changing or if there could be something wrong with my pregnancy?

How far are you?
I had that problem when i was 8 weeks. I rushed to the ER and they gave me a vaginal ultrasound to make sure my baby was okay. The baby was perfect. He said if you dont see any bleeding then dont worry. Call your doctor hun.
