Belly Button Hurting Real Bad?

Hey Moms this my first pregnancy. I'm 35 weeks.

Okay, So throughout my pregnancy I haven't had no type of pain on my belly button. Now I do, It hurts when I cough, touch it, when I'm not touching it.. It just hurts. Should I speak to my doctor about this pain? Should I be worried?
