How early can you develop gestational diabetes I'm 14 weeks and have been feeling like I have a high blood pressure and my heart is beating out my chest does anyone else feel this way?

I was tested about 12 weeks, and I did not pass either glucose test, so I have gestational diabetes. I didn't have any symptoms though, just a family history of diabetes.

They don't check you until 24-28 weeks.
