Carry the old fashioned lemon drops with you and when you start to feel nausea suck on one. It helped me out a lot. I know how you feel I was so sick and have a 3 year old to chase after.

Try ginger, and eating very very small amounts of food regularly.
I know how you feel, I'm 13 weeks 2days and have been throwing up non-stop. Have lost over 11pounds.
Dr said to try ginger, eat 10 small meals a day, and drink 3liters water daily. I have meds also, so maybe you should ask your Dr about meds that is safe during pregnancy.
Good luck!
