He proposes it but Congress has to pass it, wish Americans would pay attention. The President can't do it all. We Have To Vote To Get A Supportive Congress And Senate Who Will Act On The Best Interest Of The People. I love my president!
Even if he isnt a great president americans need to remember that its totaly not cause hes black lol XD i think our first black president shoulda been martin luther king/jr :) woulda been good in my opinion :) lol
