I think turquoise and coral is really cute and still kind of feminine
Agree with you dandi2024, I'm doing a light kinda minty green and light blue, the bottom is blue and the top part strips using the green and blue. I love it, then you can incorporate touches of more girly stuff in the decor, but I like everything very neutral.
I have a colleague who shows his daughters outfits and says: "soon you can dress your girl like this!" and he is obviously very excited about her attire.. it is pink from head to toe.. there is not one item that doesn't have pink or sparkles on it..
I really dislike it.. and know I will not dress my daughter like that.
Everybody likes different.. it's just how it is.
I love girls in blue dresses. or red coats. it is adorable.
if I had a girl I was going to do yellow and gray chevron with aqua accents. :-) I'm not a huge pink fan either but I probably would add some magenta in the mix too!
I don't like pink either! People just overdo the pink when people have baby girls! I painted my daughters room a very light blue, kind of periwinkle. The bottom half of the walls are white with box molding. And the bedding and curtains and trim are all white. Then I have light blue and coral accents (like the hamper, changing pad cover, toy bins.)

PS: my mom also hates pink and avoided it in my wardrobe and room.. I ended up craving it so badly..
I wonder if it was because my mom kept the pink away it made me want it even more?
Today I still like pink but think it should be used less rather than more.. pink can easily be too much.
Anyway, good luck on your colors! :)
I'm making a djungle nursery for my baby girl.. lots of green and blue.. monkies and stuff :)
Teal or turquois, with purple or yellow.
I like yellow and light green together for a girl.
I also hate pink!! For my baby girl I am going with purple with butterflys.

I decorated with butterfly theme light and dark purples with white. And incorporated her name with letters in combinations of purple pink light blue and green.
