concerned

I'm 26 weeks and I'm having bad pains on my lower back and sharp pains and pressure in my lower belly... I was sitting in my bed and when I leaned up I heard something pop on my back and I started having these pains... Is it normal for this too happen at 26 weeks???

Awe :( I would try laying on your back (if it's comfortable) with an ice pack under where it hurts. Or laying on a pillow folded in half. Both of those help me a bit when my back hurts too much. Or if you have someone who can give you a massage.... :) hope you feel better soon

I went to my Dr today and there is nothing can do for my pain... I leaned up in my bed and that's when my lower back popped and I couldn't move cause it hurt so bad...

Not sure about the popping. I had sharp lower back pains around 22-25 weeks from my hips widening. You might want to call your doc/onand ask them.
