What kind of whey protien do you use? Or is all whey okay?
I drink whey protein and use it for cookies, I also eat protein bars. Protein will help with the baby's growth but obviously you would need to drink a lot to avoid kidney malfunction
I heard body by vi is healthy for pregnant women...but idk. It still creeps me out. I would say go with your gut. I like how kd97229 makes them-- with soymilk. It's way better for you and you know exactly what's going into your smoothie or shake. Powdered stuff is filled with questionable crap that I would only take at my own risk...not my baby's too. But it could be worth it to take a trip to GNC and ask them there? They might be able to give you a healthy alternative or something that's clean enough to use. Good luck.

I tried googling this earlier in my pregnancy and didn't like what I found... that none are really "good" for me or baby right now. I went with veggie & fruit smoothies and used soy milk as it had higher protein content (vs other but mills). But I want to know if anyone else has found out anything else!
