I've had it for years and it's so bad now that I'm pregnant. Stretch your calf muscles using a step on your stairs. It's tense muscles so try to massage your calves and drink lots of water. Dehydration makes it worse for me
I walk up and down the stair or do squats. Anything that works out my leg muscles. I also try not to pay attention to my legs.
The only thing that seems to help me is a hot shower.
