I "pay" my savings account with every pay check. Whether I can afford $100 or $10, something goes in it. Then I have to really think about the next 2 weeks... Do I need to eat out? Do I need to spend $5 on thus or that.

I put all my $5 and $1 bills in an untouchable jar!  You don't miss the small amount at the time but it builds up!  Made to a lil over 200 for Feb..

Omg the cloth diapers are genius.! I crochet so making little stuff like hats and socks will be helpful. And breastfeading is a must.

I'm breastfeeding too and I have a huge glass jar by the bed every day we put out Quarters in it. I also have a $100 a week allowance which includes paying for laundry, gas etc. but is I have a $5 or $10 left over I put that in the jar too. We've managed to save a few hundred bucks this way.
I also plan to breast feed, just found out my Ins Co. covers the pump IN FULL.
Good Luck saving is so hard to do.

My in-laws are horrible with financial management and always ask to borrow money, so I cut back in a lot of ways so that I wouldn't get made at them for frivolous spending. These are some ways I cut back:
-i decided to cloth diaper (saves at least $1000 per year). I won several cloth diapers in giveaways, thus saving about $455 in disposable diapers
- I'm HOPING I can breastfeed
- we never buy junk food--no white bread. Pure peanut butter (not the sugary stuff). We save tons of money this way because junk food is not filling.
- I never buy clothes. Lol! My husband has to drag me out for new clothes if I really really need them.
- get handy with sewing, cooking, and home repairs. I saved so much money by mending my own clothes, replacing the caulking on my toilet myself, and knowing how to cook!
I hope some of these tips help out:)
