So I'll be 13 Weeks soon and I have my 2nd doctors appointment the last one I had was at 9 weeks will they do another ultra sound to see if the baby has any down syndrome or anything and check if the baby is where it should be now and if my water bag is good? I've looked up on YouTube some girls find out the gender as soon as 13 weeks on ultrasounds I wanna know now. so I can start shopping since I'm 17 money's tight so I wanna plain ahead and have everything to go so I won't be worried.. Have any of yuh lady's had an ultra sound yur 2nd doctors visit because I had an ultra sound my first visit and wounded if I will get another because I'm also worried that my baby is ok and healthy

I have a ultrasound every appointment due to being high risk, but I did find out the gender at 13 weeks via ultrasound and have had it confirmed many times

I've only gotten 2 ultrasounds also so far. They told me for insurance reasons I could not find out the sex of my baby until after 20 weeks.

I have 2 ultrasounds my entire pregnancy and I'm 38 weeks...I had one on my first visit I was 8 weeks. My second visit they just did lab work which tests for the down syndrome and trisomy 13 and other risks.the way my insurance works and my dr worked unless they suspect a problem they wont do another ultrasound until 20 weeks when they do the anatomy scan which then they will tell you the gender unless your ob offers an early scan. Mine did I had to pay 50 bucks outta pocket to find out at 16 weeks. And then they confirmed it was the same gender at 20 weeks. 20 weeks was my last ultra sound:( I haven't seen my baby in 18 weeks but he will be here next week when I get induced:) hope this helps

a lot of the time you can find oyt that early by a blood test they do but usually the earliest you can tell is 15 weeks and then they'll confirm it again later on
