I will eat junk on Saturday night. its my treat night. lol. ive always watched my weight but at 12 weeks I have a pop belly and have put on 8Ibs. its not just the Saturday treat night though. I use to have a low carb diet and as soon as I found out I was pregnant I stopped cutting out foods. im loving pasta and bread right now but I did read that once the cravings stop there is plenty of time to get the fruit and veg you need. :)

I've been the same lately with the junk food, not a coke fan but I do love to eat rubbish. I think if you balance it out with healthy foods and snacks too it's fine. Everything in moderation I say. And it's great that you're taking your prenatals. Depends how much coke you're having, you don't necessarily have to cut it out all together but try to limit it and drink plenty of water or juices too. This is because the caffeine in coke acts as a diuretic, meaning you urinate more often, over time excessive urination can lead to dehydration so keep up other fluids. Health advice is to limit caffeine to 200mg a day. Take care :)

You can still eat it but limit it. Fruits, veggies, and lean protein is best and you can treat yourself with the junk. My first and half of my second trimester all I wanted was fair food like snocones,  funnel cake, cotton candy,  and hot fudge sundaes but of course thats not good all the time so i limited those things to once a week or so. And dont forget lots of water

I drank Pepsi all this pregnancy but not extreme amounts. The past few weeks I've been on a junk food craze lol. I'm not a salad kind of girl. I'm 43 days away, overweight before I was pregnant and I have no health issues and docs say the baby is healthy

Too much junk food isnt good for either you or baby. Can inctease weight, swelling, bloating, blood pressure, sugar levels etc. Too much caffeine can increase risk of miscarriage but one can a day or so is fine
