sleep

I really need something to help me sleep. After finally getting to sleep I get up 2 or 3 hours later to pee and never get back to sleep. I feel so uncomfortable and achy. I'm only 6 weeks though. Any suggestions?

I would try the natural way first. I drink a glass of milk every night before sleep after a nice hot shower and that relaxes me. I sleep within minutes after getting into bed. Goodluck.

Benadryl will knock you out too. They recommend it for sleep. I take 25 mg (half an otc dose) and am out in about 40 minutes. Its on the safe list I have.

My doctor prescribed me an anxiety medicine to help me sleep when I was 26 weeks. I was staying up days at a time. Ask your doctor  :)
