Difficult time breathing in a bra?
So before the pregnancy I was fine in bras, but lately its getting hard to breath in them, even in my looser fitting bras. Is there any other woman that is going through this or has? Is it the growth in the breasts? I feel so cluttered in a bra now its really hard to wear one. :( I need some help, please, I really enjoy wearing a bra when I'm around others, but the feeling of being cramped up is starting to get to me....
Try switching to a wireless one, or a bralette style they're much more comfortable
Get a sports bra. I felt like i was being smothered in a regular bra. My sports bra is amazing! :)
If you don't have the same issue when braless, blame the bra. If you have the same cramped feeling whether braless or not, assume what is going on is that the baby is crowding your lungs. If the bra is at fault, it is probably not soft enough and not big enough.
