I used a body pillow from walmart. Worked like a prego pillow for me just less expensive
I have the same problem but haven't thought about Tylenol pm tried the pillows tho
My doc has me on unisome just ask ur doc n see what they recommend.
I haven't tried that yet,and I want a pregnancy pillow Where would I find one?:)
Have you tried Tylenol pm? I was having a lot of trouble sleeping until my doctor told me I could take Tylenol pm. It really helps. Also, if you have a pregnancy pillow or just a few extra pillows you can put under your belly and back and one between your legs that might help :)
