Yes I'm 20 weeks and I had given my doc a call because I haven't been able to call so I asked if she can I can take something or if she has any suggestions. And she said she don't like putting pregnant people on sleeping meds so she game me some suggestions. Are she told me to try to avoid sleeping on the back because of the oxygen thing. And try to elevate my head a little with pillows. And have a pillow until see er my tummy behind my back and between my legs. Well my pillows are really hard to sleep on like that so it's uncomfortable so I don't know what else to try. Haha

Sleeping on your back can reduce oxygen supply to your baby. I have been advised to sleep on my left too. though sometimes it gets really uncomfortable I try my best n then sleep on my right for while before switching back again.

I slept on my back and sometimes even my stomach until it wasn't comfortable anymore at about 20 weeks.?my dr. Told me as long as I don't start feeling dizzy or tingly when I do it, it's fine. I think people are over coutious about things like this.
