I was stressing a lot at the beginning of my pregnancy but I deleted all negative aspects, thought more about the happiness of my baby, and put everything else in God hands. Think about what a great mom you are to your lo. Remember he/ she is always there for you.
I am a stay at home mom, and I try to keep myself busy or else I drive myself crazy thinking. I have been doing little projects for the baby to come. Scrapbooking, or reading mom to be books, I like to watch "one every minute" episodes on u tube. Just try to focus on the baby to come. This forum helps to. Good luck to you mama. Do something that makes you happy. My mental health counselor has told me to find a hobby that doesn't allow me to train myself in my head so I don't over think the situation.
