I'm 21 weeks today and last night while in the shower I noticed a thick white almost cream blocking my nipples is this normal I start Brest feeding classes on the 23 at my wic office do you lady's have any advice
Mine is like that too especially after i shower! 27 weeks

Yes it's normal your milk is just starting to produce meaning it's thicker and will get thinner as u go along :)
