Is it normal to have bad lower back pain I'm 4 months

I am now 5 months pregnant and my.lower back kills me and if im on my feet to long the bottoms of them get sore. Im to the point where its hard to get comfortable at night and i have to sleep with a body pillow. Plus on top of that, the baby loves kicking when i lay down and get.comfortable!

does it hurt both sides the same? do you have any pain or discomfort during peeing or after? If its not better after you lay down and rest, it could be a kidney infection, i had those in my first trimester and i was told its common in pregnant women. I only had back pain though, but my right side hurt more than the left and it was unbearable

Yes completely normal every pregnancys different and some people do experience it early on. I've had it since 2 months when sit down for long periods :( xx
