Is it safe to go to a swimming pool?? IM 21 weeks.

Yes and it will feel so good! I swim at least once a week. It is good exercise and really takes the pressure off my pelvis and back. I am kind of sad because I know we won't be able to swim for several weeks after the baby is born lol
