I just want to be a good mom. I get so scared and nervous sometimes. I see other moms talk to their little ones a lot and do all kinds of things with them and I'm just like oh yup here's a baby and what do I do now lol I just feel awkward sometimes.
I dont. I love her a lot but I dont really have a lot to say to her yet. Im reading Tropic of Cancer right now and its not really appropriate;)
I sing and laugh a lot so I get that she hears be but I know we'll have a lot of time to chat later. I haven't felt very pregnant during my pregnancy so that may be part of it? When I told my Dr she just laughed and said, "she'll know you."
My gay guy friends talk to her all the time tho;) my husband doesn't.
I sing for the baby. Sing in the car, sing in the shower, sing when I'm doing laundry (as long as my bf isn't around, I'm not the best singer lol but I just like music I can sing to). I did the same with my second, shes 2 now and loves music, loves to sing along to songs on the radio in the car, sings while she plays with her toys and will just sing church songs to herself at random times lol. Tonight at dinner she was singing "Ave Maria" :) it's so cute
I honestly hardly ever talk to my baby boy unless he's hurting me lol Hubby talks to him alot and sings. I've also only read to him once. I want to talk to him more but it feels so awkward whether I'm completely alone or afraid that someone in the other room might overhear. I figure he hears me every time I talk to someone and sing in the bath so its not a big deal. I know I'll spend plenty of time talking to him once I pop him out lol
I always talk to my boy. I even call him by his name. My bf talks to him all the time too. He loves his voice!
I feel so much better (: I thought I was crazy for thinking that she moved more when her dad is around.
I talk to my son all the time .
I talk to my baby girl all the time she loves when her daddy talks to her though I was hooked up to the heart monitor and as soon as she heard her daddy talk she started kicking and her heart rate when up
I talk all the time. Specially tryinh to relax him when I feel anxious or hungry. "Be cool baby boy, we're about to eat"
I talk to my baby and read and listen to music with her.
That's so sweet whovianmomma :)
My husband and I both talk to our baby girl. I also sing to her when I can't sleep at night.
I just feel a little weird sometimes lol but when she's hurting me kicking my ribs I tell her to move but she fights back. I've noticed she's more active when daddy's around. My dad always talks to her. I'm going to start talking to her more and reading I really want a closer bond :) <3
I do I'll be in class and if I feel him move I'll start talking people look at me wired but hay I'm talking to my baby and he kicks so I know he's listening
I talk to my baby very little I feel weird. But my 2 year old daughter talks to baby everyday as she is rubbing my belly he kicks every time she does talk it's the cutest. And my boyfriend tell my belly goodnight almost every night so maybe it's not weird at all
I talk to my baby all the time and I read a story every night. I love it because I can feel the baby moving around while I'm reading the story.
I feel weird talking to my little hamster at this point in time but I have been reading it a book out loud. It seems to move that most when it hears my husband's voice.
i talk to my baby all the time it really makes me feel closer to her
