is it just me?

Ok so I'm 7 weeks today. I have yet to experience morning sickness. Thank goodness. But when I wake up in the mornings I can barely move I'm so sick to my stomach. Like I need to throw up. But then I eat and I feel better. If I'm not eating I feel sick as hell.. Is it just me?

Im 9 weeks and struggling with severe nausea/vomiting. They say it's because of the low blood sugar and the mix of the HCG hormone that upsets your stomach. That's why you feel sick after sleeping or not eating for a long period of time. What helps me is keeping crackers next to my bed, so when I wake up I snack on some crackers and lay there for about 10-15 mins before getting up out of bed. It might work for you too!

Ginger and cinnamon helped me with my nausea! Always keep snacks close by, eat as soon as you feel nauseous!
