How important are prenatal vitamins ?

Im 23w long and i dont take my prenatal everyday, so im curious about if that would affect my lil Angel ?

If you don't take any kind of vitamin then it's your health that will suffer not your baby's health

The extra folic acid is important in the 1st trimester it helps with spinal/neurological development.  But for the most part it's not a big deal to miss taking from time to time.  Especially if you are eating healthy.  It's more important if you don't get enough veggies.
