I'm in my first trimester and always tired and dizzy (no morning sickness so far, thank God). What really works for me recently is a little walk! I think my blood pressure just gets low from sitting at work and a small walk really helps get things back up and running ;)
Very tired but now that I'm approaching the 2nd trimester I am hoping it will get better soon. It's been causing a lot of arguments between me and my boyfriend.
I've made it a point to take some kind of nap otherwise I'm so tried.
I'm struggling with it really bad I can't go a whole day with out being tired and getting really cranky from it
