I would do 20 minutes but if you feel good and can do more then go for it just be in touch with your body & be safe!!
I think I will take my dog out too!
I have been walking about 2-3 miles a day. Thats 30-45 minutes. Sometimes my belly starts to cramp so I have to slow down or stop. I feel so good after I walk.
I walk 3 miles a day too. Just walk slower if you get that pain in your belly. No worries, you're fine.
i also walk 2-3 miles a day. My obgyn actually encouraged exercise aince the beginning. If your not use to the walking start off small and work your way up to longer walks. Also, listen to your body. if you have any pains slow down and take a break or end your walk. Good luck!
