I gained 30+ with my first pregnacy and didn't lose it between then and getting pregnant with number 2. I have been trying very hard this time to try and have a healthy pregnancy. Just make sure you do what you can to eat healthy and try to stay active. I don't like exercise a lot but I do try to stay active rather then stay home. I'll walk around the mall or take my son out somewhere. We have started going to an indoor pool now that there is snow out side. It can be really hard to watch what you eat when you are pregnant but just try to keep healthy snacks on hand. Fruit and veggies are my go to snack and lots of water! I'm 27 weeks now and have only gained 5 lbs. It's harder for sure because I pretty much just ate what I wanted with my first and said it's ok I'm pregnant. But you can do it!

I weighed 270 pounds when I first found out I was pregnant,in two weeks I gained 10 pounds. Then 3 weeks later I lost 10 pounds. Now I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I've I nay gained a total of 8 pounds through my whole pregnancy. I was very self conscious of my body before I got pregnant my advice to you is just to make sure the baby is healthy and put the rest in the back of your mind. It's okay to loose weight and be pregnant as long as your baby is growing the way is should be. Also keep in mind that your body is going to change so if you werr like me and you already had a problem with yourself then you out should probably consult someone or even talk to a councilor before the situation occurs that you feel like dying because you keep gaining weight.. like I said I've only gained 8 pounds but I have to talk to a councilor and do mind exercises and all this stuff just to be okay.. just help yourself if you feel like you're starting to go down that path. I didn't and it's been one rough pregnancy for me. But you'll be fine girl. Just take it day by day and no don't worry about your weight you got a baby growing in you!! As long as it is healthy that's all that matters. Good luck
