I'll be making a 7 hour trip to go visit my family for a baby shower I won't be the one driving. Any suggestions for a pregnancy must have on a road trip?

How far along are you? My husband and i drove across the country. Took us a day and a half straight driving no stopping besides bathroom and food. I was sick the whole time especially driving through texas. I was 12 weeks. It took a huge toll on my body. But you aren't driving 38 hours. Just rest, read a book, drink lots, stop lots, bring baby wipes (I had to stop on the side of the road to use the bathroom), make sure you have something to get sick in just in case, and eat healthy snacks! We drove all the way from california to north carolina. In a car packed full of two pets and everything we owned except our bed! Military life woohoo!

I also had to travel 6,5 hours for my baby shower. My husband was driving so i got to sit back and relax. We had to stop every 2 hours so i could pee and just stretch my legs. My heated seats helped my back hopefully you have some:) Bring lots of snacks and a pillow or two. Safe travels.
